Sadly the Ickleton Lion has closed. Greene King are seeking new tenants. Stonegate are also looking for new tenants for the Carlton Arms on Carlton Way.

Calverley’s Brewery Taproom on Hooper Street have received permission to have some outside seating. There are some restrictions which Calverley’s will need to address before their customers can relax over a beer outside.

There has been a change of licensees at the Architect on Castle Street. After 6 years in charge Luke and Stuart have handed over this Everards owned pub to Matt and Mya.

Tony Kelly, who has been running Portable Pint popup pub events in publess villages on the Cambridgeshire / Suffolk / Essex borders for the last six years, has decided to call it a day.
