Every year the branch gives awards to pubs, clubs and individuals. The awards were presented at the branch’s gala night at the Hopbine in Cambridge. The winners for 2017 were:

Most improved pub of the year, rural: Royal Oak, Barrington
Most improved pub of the year, city: Alexandra Arms, Cambridge
Dark beer pub of the year: St. Radegund, Cambridge
Young members’ pub of the year: Blue Moon, Cambridge
Cambridge University Real Ale Society pub of the year: Cambridge Blue, Cambridge
