Cambridge CAMRA Gala Night

April is CAMRA’s Community Pubs Month. Cambridge & District CAMRA gets the ball rolling early by holding its 2019 Gala Night towards the end of March. This is when we announce our Pub of the Year, our Club of the Year, our Cider Pub of the Year and our Dark Ale Pub of the Year. We’ll honour our Real Ale Champion and present a Lifetime Achievement Award. We’ll also make presentations to the city and rural winners of our New or Most Improved Pub, LocAle Pub and Community Pub awards. Our Young Members will make a presentation to their Pub of the Year and Gladys Emmanuel will be their to honour the pub she has selected as Dog-Friendly Pub of the Year. We’ll also present some of the CAMRA awards that brewers and cidermakers have won over the last year.
