Cambridge CAMRA Cider Strolling Social

On Saturday 14th September our cider officer Jerry will be leading a Strolling Social around some of the best places to drink real cider & perry in Cambridge. We’ll start at noon and finish around 7. Join us for as many pubs as you want to. Our planned schedule is below.

Carlton Arms, Carlton Way from 12 until 12:45. A 30 minute walk will bring us to the Golden Hind, Milton Road where we’ll be from 13:15 until 14:00. A 20 minute walk will bring us to the Haymakers on Chesterton High Street where we’ll be for over an hour from 14:20 until 15:30 to allow time for lunch. A 15 minute walk will bring us to the Waterman on Mitcham’s Corner where we’ll be from 15:45 until 16:30. A 20 minute walk will bring us to the Smokeworks Tap on Bene’t Street where we’ll be from 16:50 until 17:35. A 30 minute walk will take us to the Live & Let Live on Mawson Road in time for it opening at 18:00. We’ll stay there until 18:40 before walking the Cambridge Blue on Gwydir Street, our last stop of the day.
