Pubs

There's an article about its history in the local CAMRA magazine
What's Doing, June 2005, by Steve Smith.
The pub was built in 1888, with a facade of polished red granite.
After years in the hands of various breweries,
it was bought by a local CAMRA member in 1984 and changed to a freehouse.
There were further ownership changes and the layout was altered to incorporate the brewplant.

and the footbridge, also by him.
- Urbis
- Other art galleries include: Whitworth Art Gallery, The Cube, The Cornerhouse.
Transport
- Metrolink Rapid Transit System
A return ticket on the Eccles Line for Salford Quays from St Peter's Square to Harbour City was £2.60.
