Bottoms Up for Mild Drinkers
There cannot be many pubs in the south of England, never mind this Branch area,
selling two Milds as regular beers. The Green Man at Six Mile Bottom does.
Belhaven 60/- and Batemans Dark were chosen by Landlord Jamie Ramselle because
they combine bags of flavour with low strength, important given that most of the
pub's customers come by car.
The Belhaven is a rarity in its native Scotland so it's great to see a regular
outlet in our area for this reddish-brown, malty brew.
