Müller Thurgau, Huxelrebe, Schönburger and Siegerrebe
25% barrel fermented
English Vineyards Quality Wine £6.95
Melon, lychee & grapefruit nose. Fresh, grapefruit zest & grassy palate. Some yeasty notes. Mouth-watering and complex. Clean toasty finish.
Chilford Hundred 2001 Medium-Dry
Ortega, Müller Thurgau & Schönburger
15% barrel fermented
English Vineyards Quality Wine £5.95
Pale greeny yellow colour. Herb and yeast nose, developing slight burnt sugar with strong hints of red apples. Fresh fruit flavours give rounded yet crisp palate making it smooth and clean. Great to drink on its own.
Chilford Hundred 2001 `Brian de Scalariis' Medium
Müller Thurgau & Siegerrebe
English Table Wine £7.25
Pale yellow colour. Quite herby nose with some peach notes. Peach and cherry jam make a soft round palate with some lime and grapefruit citrus. Satin smooth with long soft finish. Try it with fruity desserts that are not over-sweet.

Pale pink with small bubbles, fresh strawberries with red fruit and cherry notes on nose and palate, quite full yet fresh and refined, with lingering finish.

Pale gold with small bubbles, fresh biscuit and yeasty notes with some peach and apricot on nose with full fruit with some weight on the palate. Lingering finish.

Made from fermented honey, this is England's oldest alcoholic beverage.
